Can ORVAYO work with systems I already use?

Technical

In principle yes -- and the first step is deliberately not a replacement. If a tool works well for you, the aim is to connect it rather than replace it. An existing shop, an existing bookkeeping system or an existing calendar can carry on as they are. What can genuinely be connected depends on the system in question. We check that before promising anything, and say so honestly when a connection is not sensible or not possible -- rather than promising it and qualifying it later.

Which industries does ORVAYO cover?

Technical

Worked starting models exist for 42 industries at present -- from trades, cleaning, hospitality, retail and online retail through to services, bookkeeping and removals. A starting model is a template, not a finished product: it sets out which terms, processes and fields are usual in your industry, and is then adapted to your business. If your industry is not listed, that does not mean it does not fit -- the building blocks are the same, only the template is missing.

What happens to my data if I try a demo?

Technical

The demos run on their own, separate set of data. They do not read from or write to real customer, order or project records. Your entries are tied to your demo session and are not visible to other visitors. No registration is required, and you do not need to enter real contact details for a demo to work. If you deliberately send us contact details through the enquiry form, this website's privacy policy applies to them.

Do I have to replace my existing website?

General

No. Rebuilding your website is explicitly not a precondition. In many cases the bigger gain sits behind the website anyway: capturing enquiries in a structured way, preparing quotes, tracking orders, keeping follow-up questions in one place. That can be added while your existing website stays exactly as it is. If a rebuild does make sense, we will say so -- as its own decision, not as a condition.

What does ORVAYO cost?

General

There is deliberately no public price list. The price depends on which parts you actually need and what already exists -- a number without that context would be misleading. In a first conversation we establish the scope and you get a concrete range. A small, clearly bounded first step is explicitly possible; you do not have to start with the largest package. Nothing becomes chargeable without a written agreement. Neither the demos nor a project enquiry on this website triggers a cost.

Does ORVAYO send e-mails or call customers automatically?

Technical

No. Outward-facing actions -- sending an e-mail, placing a call, messaging a customer, publishing something or triggering a payment -- are blocked in the system and require explicit approval. This is not a setting that can quietly end up wrong; it is built into how the system works. Such actions go through an approval list, and without approval the most that exists is a draft. In practice: ORVAYO prepares and proposes. Sending stays your decision.

Are the demos on this website real?

General

Yes -- the live demos are running applications, not screenshots and not just a click-through. What you enter really is validated, stored and read back. The companies, prices and records inside them are invented, though. They are synthetic example businesses, not real customer data. Your demo session is separate from everyone else's: you only ever see your own entries, and other visitors cannot see them.

What is ORVAYO?

General

ORVAYO is a business operating system developed in Switzerland: website, shop, customer records, quoting and order handling, support and bookkeeping preparation work together instead of sitting in separate tools. You do not have to adopt all of it at once. The usual route is one clearly bounded first step -- capturing enquiries, say, or an order overview -- which is extended later. ORVAYO is run by Marco Gomez Bitolykou as a sole proprietorship in Buchs ZH, Switzerland.
